A six-day training program for your leadership and management team delivered across six weeks and informed by evidence-based science. It's designed to build competent leaders, a cohesive and high-performing management team, robust working relationships,
and employee mental health and wellbeing.

Features of the service

Managing in Complexity (MiC) is an intensive six-week program designed to build management competencies, and, in turn, team cohesion.

MiC training additionally assists with improving the mental health and wellbeing of participants in management roles – both individually and within a management team.

MiC training outcomes

The six-day, nine-module Managing in Complexity Program is conducted over six weeks.
The aim of the program is to equip an organisation’s leadership team with competencies in:
