What is a Clinical Wellbeing Service?

A Clinical Wellbeing Service offers evidence-based, specialist care to employees who are seeking mental wellbeing support.

Highly specialised and senior registered psychologists ensure diverse needs can be met. Additional specialties are detailed in the key personnel biographies and include therapeutic experience working with groups where social inequalities exist. e.g. women’s mental health, LGBTIQA+ communities, and First Nations People.

How long will I have access to this employee Clinical Wellbeing Service?

This depends on the terms of engagement between your employer and Agile Mental Health.

Who is eligible to access the Clinical Wellbeing Service?

All employees once Agile Mental Health is engaged by your employer.

Can I ring the Clinical Wellbeing Service to ask questions; can I remain anonymous?

If you have a general query about the service, you can remain anonymous. If you go ahead with an appointment with a registered psychologist, you cannot remain anonymous as it is a session with a registered health practitioner (Psychologist).

Are the sessions confidential?

Psychologists are registered health practitioners under National Law and must comply with their professional practice standards. Client privacy and confidentiality is a critical part of the service offered. This will be discussed with you at the start of the session.

What will the session cover?

This will be an opportunity for you to have a confidential session about what is causing you stress or distress, and an opportunity to reflect on your current level of Mental Health and Wellbeing. Agile Mental Health psychologists work collaboratively with employees on issues they want to work on.

Will this cost me anything?

No, your employer will cover the cost.

How long will it take for me to get an appointment?

You will be offered an appointment within 24 hours of contacting the service.

Will my employer know I have accessed the Clinical Wellbeing service?

No, your employer will not know who has accessed the service at an individual level. Activity is reported at a group level. No individual is identified.

How are the sessions conducted?

All sessions are provided by Telehealth, either Zoom or phone. You will be asked if you have a preference when booking the appointment.
