24/7 Specific Purpose
and Time Limited Support

In times of change, stress is compounded and employees may require support. This could include for organisational restructure or change, a health check, or critical incident.

Features of the service

A confidential and time-limited mental health service that meets the organisation’s specific purpose requirements – e.g. support through a critical incident, health check process, review, restructure, or implementation of a major organisational change.

Employees receive two sessions initially, more if clinically indicated and the organisation approves it.

A person always answers the phone and an appointment with a specialist psychologist is offered within 24 hours.

Same-day executive/management consultation with your specialist psychologist, providing advice and support on complex employee matters.

What sets us apart from other EAPs

Where an organisation already has an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) we run in parallel, providing choice, specialist support, and an appointment within 24 hours of contact.
Our clinicians have advanced qualifications, and are registered health practitioners with specialist endorsements under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law Act 2009.
Unlike an EAP with a more generalised focus on employee wellbeing, our specialist psychologists are equipped to deal with acute mental ill health, and our focus is on providing individualised support.

Managers and human resource professionals may present with concern for an employee; or, to arrange support for an organisational process – ie. managing a performance issue, a complaint, or a conflict between employees.
