24/7 Employee Sexual Harassment Support

We provide timely specialist support to victim-survivors of inappropriate workplace behaviours,
365 days per year.

Features of the service

Employees have a psychologically safe and confidential space to share their experience.

In that safe space, employees work out what they want to do with respect to the workplace situation, whilst prioritising their mental health and wellbeing with the specialist health practitioner.

Employees receive two sessions initially, more if clinically indicated and the organisation approves it.

Employees work with a specialist psychologist with experience in workplace sexual harassment and evidenced-based psychological treatments and support.
